Can I try Spectry for free?

Yes! We're currently in beta — join the waitlist to get early access with full features. Top referrers on the leaderboard earn lifetime free access and other exclusive rewards.

What counts as a session?

A session starts when a user visits your site and ends after 30 minutes of inactivity or when they leave. As a rough rule, 1,000 sessions ≈ 700 unique visitors per month on a typical site (most visitors return ~1.4 times). All pageviews and interactions within that window count as a single session.

Can I change plans at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes, you save 20% when you choose annual billing. This discount is applied automatically when you toggle to the annual option above.

What happens if I exceed my session limit?

We won't cut off your tracking mid-month. If you consistently exceed your limit, we'll notify you and recommend upgrading to the next plan. We offer a 10% overage buffer at no extra cost.
