Group sites and collaborators at the organization level, with roles and invitations.
Organizations group multiple sites and people so a company can collaborate in one place. Manage them under Organizations.
Manage organizations
- Create an organization, view its details, or delete it.
- Assign sites to an organization when you create them.
Members & roles
Invite members by email and assign a role:
- Admin — view/edit/remove content and manage members.
- Editor — view and update content.
- Viewer — view only.
Invitations
Invited people receive an email link. They can view the invitation details and accept or decline. You can see and cancel pending invitations at any time.
Use organizations for company-wide grouping of sites and people; use teams for smaller project groups sharing specific sites.
