Share a dashboard

Publish a read-only dashboard link for people without a Spectry account.

You can share any custom dashboard as a read-only link — ideal for clients or stakeholders who don't have a Spectry login.

Create a share link

  1. Open the dashboard and choose Share.
  2. Optionally set a display name shown on the shared page.
  3. Optionally set an expiration date after which the link stops working.
  4. Copy the generated link (/shared/dashboard/<token>).

How sharing behaves

  • The link is view-only — recipients can't edit anything.
  • It shows the dashboard's data but not the rest of your Spectry account.
  • Revoke access by removing the share or letting it expire.
Use an expiration date for time-boxed engagements so links don't stay live indefinitely.
