Resources/Session Replay/Finding sessions

Finding sessions

Filter the replay list to find the sessions worth watching.

The Replays list shows recorded sessions with their key metadata. Use filters to surface the ones that matter.

Replay list with filters

Filters

  • Date range — defaults to the last 30 days.
  • Has errors — only sessions that hit a JavaScript error.
  • Has rage clicks — only sessions with detected frustration.
  • Device (Desktop / Mobile / Tablet) and browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
  • Country.
  • URL contains — only sessions that visited a matching page. The fastest way to answer "who used the new checkout?"
  • Duration — a minimum length, to skip bounces. Sessions under about ten seconds are usually someone who left immediately; they're worth counting but rarely worth watching.

Each row shows

Session duration, device, browser, country, first page visited, and badges for errors / rage clicks. Summary stats above the list show how many sessions had errors or rage clicks and the average duration.

Good starting filters

  • Has errors — debug real failures with full context.
  • Has rage clicks — investigate usability friction.
  • Filter to mobile when a metric looks worse on mobile in analytics.
