Resources/Analytics/Behaviour hub

Behaviour hub

See what visitors do: top pages, sessions, and individual page/session detail.

The Behaviour hub answers "what do visitors do on my site?" It opens on an overview and drills into Pages, Sessions and Journeys (see the dedicated User journeys page).

Overview

The landing view puts the whole picture on one screen: Total Sessions, Page Views, Unique Pages and Avg Pages / Session, then Top Pages, Top Entry Points, Recent Sessions and a journey preview. Each panel has a link through to the full report, so start here and drill rather than hunting through tabs.

Pages

A searchable, sortable table of every page: URL Path, Views, Unique, Impressions, Avg Time, Bounce and Exit. Sort by exit rate to find where visitors leave, or by bounce to find pages that don't hold attention. The table is paginated, so a site with thousands of URLs stays responsive.

Page detail

For a single page: a Views Over Time chart, impressions and unique views, average time on page, bounce rate, Core Web Vitals (LCP and FCP with their status), and two navigation panels — Where Visitors Came From and Where Visitors Went Next. Those two answer most "why is this page underperforming?" questions on their own.

Sessions

A paginated list of individual sessions showing Session Id, Started, Entry Page, Pages, Duration, Device, Browser, Country and any Logs (errors) recorded. Filter by browser, country and device, and clear all filters in one click.

Session detail

A chronological journey: pages visited, time on each, the entry referrer, plus any custom events or errors captured during the session. Where a recording exists, it links straight to session replay.

Sessions list what happened; replay shows it. When a session's numbers look odd — twelve pages in forty seconds, or eight minutes on a form — watching it is faster than reasoning about it.

Put this to work on your own site.
