Leads & analytics
Read a form's performance, export leads, and watch replays of visitors who abandoned it.
Open a form and switch to Analytics for its performance, or Leads for the captured data.
The numbers
- Impressions — how many times the form was actually shown. A visitor who never met the trigger is not counted.
- Conversions — completed submissions.
- Conversion rate — conversions ÷ impressions.
- Dismissals — explicit closes. A high dismissal rate on a well-converting form usually means the trigger is too early rather than the offer being wrong.
Everything breaks down by variant, device and date range.
Step drop-off
On multi-step forms you get a per-step funnel. The step where people leave is the step asking for too much — a phone number, a company size, a field whose purpose is not obvious.
Abandonment replay
Spectry records interactions with the form itself — opened, focused a field, typed, left. When a visitor opens a form and abandons it, the session appears in the abandoned list with a link that opens session replay jumped to that moment.
This is the fastest way to answer "why does nobody finish this form": watching three abandonments usually beats a week of guessing.
Leads and export
The Leads tab lists every submission with its fields, timestamp, source URL and — where double opt-in is on — its confirmation state. Export as CSV, or forward leads automatically with an integration.
